Packet Pick-Up: Packet Pick-Up takes place at the Health and Fitness Expo located in the Northside Club Level of M&T Bank Stadium (same as last year). The Expo and Packet Pick-Up will be open Thursday, October 14 from 10 AM to 9 PM and Friday, October 15 from 10 AM to 9 PM. Participants are asked to pick-up their own packets in person with proper photo identification. Relay Team Captains may pick up packets for teammates provided team members have signed waiver (waiver automatically signed if registered on-line) and team captain has a signed letter granting permission from the participant. ENTER THROUGH GATE A. LOOK FOR THE JOHNNY UNITAS STATUE AS A LANDMARK.
There is NO packet pick-up on race day.
Expo Parking: Parking for the Health and Fitness Expo and Packet Pick-Up is FREE of charge in Lots F, G and H on the east side of Ravens Stadium. Lots B and C (off Hamburg St.) that house the Runner’s Village and the Celebration Village on race day, are PAY lots. If you would like to park in Lots B & C, entrance is from Lee St. but you will have to pay. PLEASE DO NOT attempt to enter Lots B & C from Hamburg St. or park on Hamburg St. in front of Ravens Stadium. Please follow Hamburg St. going east over the bridge to Lots F, G and H, (indicated in red on map) where parking is free of charge. To view a map of parking lots, click here.
General Information: In addition to picking up your bib, timing chip and race shirt, we encourage participants to browse the expo area. You will find great prices on shoes, apparel, nutritional supplements, active gear and health care products. If you need any last minute items for the race, you will certainly find them at the expo.
2009 Seminar Series: Our Official Medical Provider, Medstar Sports Medicine will be "With you every step of the way - - serving you before, during and after the race. " With that in mind, they will be hosting live Q&A sessions from their booth at the expo. The discussions will take place each day of the Expo (Thur., Oct 8 & Friday, Oct. 9 at the times noted below. The seminars are free and open to the public.
