The Baltimore Sun Health and Fitness Expo

Hours for the Health and Fitness Expo, located in Hall G of the Baltimore Convention Center, are as follows: 
    EXPO HOURS
        Thu., October 13th 10am-9pm
        Fri., October 14th 10am-9pm

This year, we have moved the Health & Fitness Expo to the Baltimore Convention Center, Hall G. After 10 years, we simply outgrew the club level at the stadium. This new location will provide us with a bigger floor plan and has allowed us to add a few more vendors for you to visit during packet pick up.

With the change in venue, we also welcome a new sponsor. The Baltimore Sun Health & Fitness Expo will be a great way to kick off race week. The Sun has been able to attract some of their local advertisers as vendors this year, which should add to the excitement.

Race Packet Pick Up of All Races
You MUST pick up your Race Packet at the Health and Fitness Expo. The Expo is located in the Baltimore Convention Center, Hall G. You may park for FREE in stadium lots F, G & H while picking up your Race Packet. These lots are within a 10 block walk of the Concention Center. Other lots are available throughout the city, but may charge parking fee. A free round trip shuttle will between the stadium lots F, G & H and the expo from 4:30pm to 9:30pm.

STEP ONE: This year, you will enter the expo Hall G from Sharp St. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR PRINT OUT. You will receive your Goodie Bag prior to going into the expo halll. We will have a booth inside Hall G where you can troubleshoot your entry.

STEP TWO: If you have your printed e-registration card, you may proceed past the registration area and will be directed to the Race Number Pick-Up area. Here you will receive your race number with a “B-Tag” or “D-Tag” timing respondor. BEFORE YOU LEAVE STEP 2, VERIFY THAT YOUR RACE NUMBER MATCHES THE NUMBER ON YOUR E-REGISTRATION.

STEP THREE: There will be a separate Shirt Pick-Up station for each race. You must present your e-registration AND your race number to receive your shirt. A volunteer will take the premium tag from your race number indicating that you have received your shirt. DO NOT REMOVE THIS TAG YOURSELF! This step MUST be performed by the volunteer.

 
PARKING

There are a number of parking lots located throughout the city with access to the Health & Fitness Expo

We will continue to offer stadium Lots F, G and H for FREE PARKING during the expo. These lots are within a walking distance from the expo hall-- about 10 blocks. FOLLOW THE RED BLAZES ON THE STREET TO THE EXPO! There are also several paid lots near the Convention Center if you choose to pay to park.

We will be providing a free courtesty shuttle to the expo during the evening from lots F, G, and H . It is about a 15 minute bus ride each way. The shuttle stop will be located on the curbside island between lots G & H (see the adjacent map and look for the shuttle bus sign) during the following times:

Upon arrival at the Health & Fitness Expo, runners can find great prices on shoes, apparel, active gear, nutritional supplements and running goodies in addition to exhibits and other information on health care products and programs.

PLEASE NOTE: We encourage runners who live or work Downtown to attend the expo on Thursday morning. This is typically the least crowded time and will allow you to better enjoy your expo experience. It will also assist us in accommodating our out-of-town guests who do not have the option of attending early. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.The seminars are free and open to the public.
