The Hilton Baltimore will serve as HEADQUARTERS HOTEL of the event and join the Renaissance Harborplace and the Holiday Inn Inner Harbor as preferred sites for race weekend. The Hilton is the city's newest and largest property and is set to open in August .

The Hilton's location also makes it important to the race as it is the closest hotel to the marathon, relay and 5K start line.   It is also less than .5 miles to the Expo at M&T Bank Stadium.  If you are flying in to BWI Airport, the Convention Center light rail stop is just outside its doors.

With construction complete, the race course will return to its route last used in 2005 where runners are able to cruise straight down Eutaw St. (and through the Hilton's Main Entrance) thus eliminating a few turns that were added during construction.
