Runner Handbook:  All participants registering by September 6, whether on-line, mail or fax, for any race will receive an Official Runner's Handbook in the mail by October 5. This packet outlines the entire Baltimore Running Festival in great detail. Any questions you may have regarding the event will be answered in this packet. If you do not receive this packet in the mail by October 5 or if you registered after September 6 the packet can viewed here.
